The artist who conceived this mural takes these
snakey looking things to different venues so that people can paint their name and be a part of this project. It will later be incorporated into the large mural. This was just one of the events at the International Festival of Arts and Ideas in New Haven. You can have a look at their website and see the indoor mural being painted.
