Weekend Reflection

This is the tower of the New Haven Fire Department. It's a rather oddly shaped building, modern and concrete. The tower has one long window which you see here with the clouds and sky being reflected. For other terrific Weekend Reflection's click on over to Jame's place.

  3. I hope the firemen are not supposed to be watching for fires from that tower. ;)

Great for an unusual reflection, for sure.

  6. This is a very unusual tower. I wonder if it's used in some way, or is it just decoration.

  10. Great image ... never seen a tower for firehoses with windows before! I'm working at the local firedep. So I guess I've got an eye for it :o)

  11. The reflection in that tall window is really lovely--so subtle in its tonal changes.
