Meet LeRoy Parks

One day as I rounded the corner on Wooster Street by Anastasio's Restaurant LeRoy was packing up his paints in the trunk of his car. I asked if he was the artist and of course he said he was. LeRoy pointed out other windows that he's painted throughout the years. He's proud of his dying art and enjoys painting windows in his retirement years.
The next two photos below are windows at Stanton Furniture on Grand Avenue. And finally, windows that LeRoy painted for Tony and Lucille's on Wooster Street. These are older windows so some of the paint is peeling off.
Yum, cannoli's.
Uh, I wouldn't fool around with parking!

  1. Very cool.

Some of these photos remind me: maybe you would join our "Weekend Reflections" meme?
