Not Wooster Square....But Jerusalem

This was taken at Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial and Museum. When you finished going through a very emotional museum you reach the end but coming upon a beautiful vista of the Jerusalem hills. Life at its best. This shot was taken from just inside the final door with the Yad Vashem emblem on glass.
And here is the beautiful Jerusalem Hills without the distortion of the glass. We had some sun that day.
In one of the courtyards.

The Eternal Flame in the Hall of Remembrance. May their eternal memories be for a blessing.

  1. In the Jerusalem Hills "life at its best"--I like that! Very true.
The first time I went through the new and long Yad Vashem museum and came out suddenly onto that view of home, it was so exhilarating I cried.

Good idea to take the picture through the door with the emblem. It almost looks like a sea on the horizon. But no. We didn't have THAT much rain. :)
